HONG KONG, Mar 1, 2021 - (ACN Newswire) - On February 26, 2020, Broad Homes (02163.HK) released its annual results announcement for 2020. In 2020, it achieved total revenue of RMB2,613.9 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 22.4%, gross profit of RMB926.8 million, a year-on-year decrease of 19.0%, net profit of RMB216.4 million, a year-on-year decrease of 68.0%, and an increase in gross profit margin from 34.0% in 2019 to 35.5% in 2020.
Broad Homes remarked that the decline in revenue was on one hand attributable to delayed construction progress of certain of its joint factories due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and on the other, a decrease in gains from loss of significant influence in associates by over 70% in 2020 from the corresponding period last year as a result of an adjustment in management mode of certain joint factories, as well as the improving layout of joint factories nationwide with the progressing of the "Broad Homes United Program".
However, it is noticeable that PC unit manufacturing business of Broad Homes secured remark performance in 2020, with new contract amount reaching RMB4.09 billion, up 31.7% from RMB3.106 billion the corresponding period last year, and backlog amount reaching RMB5.196 billion, up 38.6% from RMB3.749 billion the corresponding period last year. Sufficient orders of the PC unit manufacturing business pave the way for Broad Homes in 2021.
Looking into future, Broad Homes will embrace more opportunities leveraging the three advantages of rapid industry development, its data-driven and B+C dual-diver strategies. According to the Resolution in Relation to the Financial Budget Report for 2021 as set out in the appendix of Meetings to be Resolved at Annual General Meeting and Notice of Annual General Meeting published together with its annual report, Broad Homes budgets a revenue of RMB4.92 billion for 2021, a year-on-year increase of 88%.
PC Unit Business to Ride upon the Potential Industry Boom
In recent years, the state vigorously guides and encourages the development of the prefabricated construction industry. Thanks to the policy support of the central government, Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and other competent authorities, domestic prefabricated construction industry has embarked on rapid development. Rimba Raya Biodiversity Reserve Collaborates to Restore Mangrove Forests in Seruyan
Kuala Pembuang, Indonesia, Mar 1, 2021 - (ACN Newswire) - As 2021 starts, the media continues to carry horrific stories of ongoing environmental abuse. We can no longer deny that the climate crisis is real, but somehow we manage to do just that. 'Extinction: The Facts' is a BBC Earth documentary, in which Sir David Attenborough explores how the loss of biodiversity has consequences for us all. He mentions the impact of global warming and the resulting climate crisis that has led to a loss or change of three-quarters of the world's terrestrial surface. Sadly, the cause is human greed, our purchasing habits are killing off our natural resources.
There is so much we can do to help prevent further destruction. Mangrove ecosystem rehabilitation is something we feel can have an enormous impact on the environment and the people who depend on the health of the sea. Not only does this kind of forest store more carbon than normal forests, but it also protects a marine habitat that is vital to the oceans and the communities who live off the sea. The carbon in a mangrove forest is also called 'blue carbon'.
The main challenge faced by mangrove ecosystems is that they are dwindling, this is a result of their destruction due to land development and community fish breeding ponds where the natural rhythms of nature are not respected. Population growth, especially in coastal areas, has resulted in changes in land use and excessive utilization of natural resources, thus mangrove forests have quickly diminished or have been severely damaged.
Rimba Raya Biodiversity Reserve, Tanjung Puting National Park and Seruyan District Government are in collaboration with the community in replanting 30,000 mangrove seedlings (Rhyzophora sp) in Tanjung Siamuk Beach, Sungai Undang Village, Seruyan District. The planting ceremony was held on Tuesday, February 16, 2021.
"Sungai Undang village was chosen because 80% of the people are fishermen as well as fishpond farmers.
The problem with fishponds has become critical in that it has led to mangrove forest destruction," said Budi Suriansyah, Head of Management Section II of Tanjung Puting National Park who was directly involved in our mangrove recovery initiative.
The process of restoring mangrove ecosystems by involving the community has become especially important, it gives us an opportunity to build awareness of the value in maintaining the balance of the natural environment. Gerakan Masyarakat Bersatu, the local community group of Sungai Undang Village, was formed to create mangrove nurseries and conduct the necessary planting and monitoring. It is important that this type of initiative is managed in a sustainable way as this will ensure its success.

It is hoped that this process will increase the confidence and responsibility of community members and show that together we should be able to overcome some of the most important environmental problems," Murlan Dameria Pane, Head of Tanjung Puting National Park said.
Chairman of Gerakan Masyarakat Bersatu Sungai Undang Village, Agung Yulianto at the planting site stated, "Some people still look at this planting activity solely as a means of income, however a side effect of this initiative is that it is helping to develop a sense of ownership and a desire to preserve the biodiversity in our homeland."
The Seruyan mangrove forest area is located in Seruyan Hilir and Seruyan Hilir Timur sub-districts, which is just South of the working area of Rimba Raya Biodiversity Reserve and Tanjung Puting National Park. The loss of mangrove forest density in the Seruyan has become the main concern for all parties who have collaborated in this program, because if left alone, the result will be devastating. Not to mention that the loss of this rich ecosystem means a loss in the natural resources that support livelihoods of community people.
This replanting effort is expected to have a broad ecological impact on the environment and on the economic status of the surrounding communities.

In addition, this activity also provides opportunities to increase revenue from the construction of permeable dams, collecting seeds, filling polybags, nurseries, planting, monitoring and maintenance.
Community women are also able to generate an income by making "bronjong", large natural cages that protect the planted seedlings.
Bronjongs are made of split bamboo, 30 cm in diameter and 60-70cm high. The bamboo is bound together to form baskets which are filled with silt and the young seedlings are planted inside. The plants attach themselves firmly in the baskets which help them withstand the crashing waves. Using this method means that the seedlings are also not easily uprooted and have a greater chance of survival.
"Small but important, activities such as planting trees around the house or through tree adoption programs, are small steps that can have a large impact on the sustainability of life. The mangrove planting program in Seruyan, is expected to be one of the most impactful contributions we can make in mitigating the climate crisis," said Rimba Raya Executive Director Sylviana (Sylvi) Andhella.
The pace of climate change can be slowed by continuing to collaborate with all parties in designing sustainable-environmentally friendly-programs.
The challenges of replanting during this pandemic can be overcome by strictly following the arranged schedule, ensuring that tasks are evenly distributed and also by complying with the health protocols suggested by the government. The restrictions did not dampen the spirit of all teams involved in our mangrove ecosystem restoration efforts in Seruyan District, Central Kalimantan.

Rimba Raya Biodiversity Reserve Collaborates to Restore Mangrove Forests in Seruyan
Kuala Pembuang, Indonesia, Mar 1, 2021 - (JCN Newswire) - As 2021 starts, the media continues to carry horrific stories of ongoing environmental abuse. We can no longer deny that the climate crisis is real, but somehow we manage to do just that. He mentions the impact of global warming and the resulting climate crisis that has led to a loss or change of three-quarters of the world's terrestrial surface. Sadly, the cause is human greed, our purchasing habits are killing off our natural resources.

Mangrove ecosystem rehabilitation is something we feel can have an enormous impact on the environment and the people who depend on the health of the sea. Not only does this kind of forest store more carbon than normal forests, but it also protects a marine habitat that is vital to the oceans and the communities who live off the sea. The carbon in a mangrove forest is also called 'blue carbon'.
The main challenge faced by mangrove ecosystems is that they are dwindling, this is a result of their destruction due to land development and community fish breeding ponds where the natural rhythms of nature are not respected. Population growth, especially in coastal areas, has resulted in changes in land use and excessive utilization of natural resources, thus mangrove forests have quickly diminished or have been severely damaged.
Rimba Raya Biodiversity Reserve, Tanjung Puting National Park and Seruyan District Government are in collaboration with the community in replanting 30,000 mangrove seedlings (Rhyzophora sp) in Tanjung Siamuk Beach, Sungai Undang Village, Seruyan District. The planting ceremony was held on Tuesday, February 16, 2021.
"Sungai Undang village was chosen because 80% of the people are fishermen as well as fishpond farmers. The problem with fishponds has become critical in that it has led to mangrove forest destruction," said Budi Suriansyah, Head of Management Section II of Tanjung Puting National Park who was directly involved in our mangrove recovery initiative.
The process of restoring mangrove ecosystems by involving the community has become especially important, it gives us an opportunity to build awareness of the value in maintaining the balance of the natural environment. Gerakan Masyarakat Bersatu, the local community group of Sungai Undang Village, was formed to create mangrove nurseries and conduct the necessary planting and monitoring. It is important that this type of initiative is managed in a sustainable way as this will ensure its success.
"Community involvement starts from designing, implementing, evaluating, and finding solutions. It is hoped that this process will increase the confidence and responsibility of community members and show that together we should be able to overcome some of the most important environmental problems," Murlan Dameria Pane, Head of Tanjung Puting National Park said.

The Seruyan mangrove forest area is located in Seruyan Hilir and Seruyan Hilir Timur sub-districts, which is just South of the working area of Rimba Raya Biodiversity Reserve and Tanjung Puting National Park. The loss of mangrove forest density in the Seruyan has become the main concern for all parties who have collaborated in this program, because if left alone, the result will be devastating. Not to mention that the loss of this rich ecosystem means a loss in the natural resources that support livelihoods of community people.
This replanting effort is expected to have a broad ecological impact on the environment and on the economic status of the surrounding communities.

In addition, this activity also provides opportunities to increase revenue from the construction of permeable dams, collecting seeds, filling polybags, nurseries, planting, monitoring and maintenance.
Community women are also able to generate an income by making "bronjong", large natural cages that protect the planted seedlings.
Bronjongs are made of split bamboo, 30 cm in diameter and 60-70cm high. The bamboo is bound together to form baskets which are filled with silt and the young seedlings are planted inside. The plants attach themselves firmly in the baskets which help them withstand the crashing waves. Using this method means that the seedlings are also not easily uprooted and have a greater chance of survival.
"Small but important, activities such as planting trees around the house or through tree adoption programs, are small steps that can have a large impact on the sustainability of life. Rimba Raya Biodiversity Reserve Collaborates to Restore Mangrove Forests in Seruyan
Kuala Pembuang, Indonesia, Mar 1, 2021 - (ACN Newswire) - As 2021 starts, the media continues to carry horrific stories of ongoing environmental abuse. We can no longer deny that the climate crisis is real, but somehow we manage to do just that. He mentions the impact of global warming and the resulting climate crisis that has led to a loss or change of three-quarters of the world's terrestrial surface. Sadly, the cause is human greed, our purchasing habits are killing off our natural resources.

Mangrove ecosystem rehabilitation is something we feel can have an enormous impact on the environment and the people who depend on the health of the sea. Not only does this kind of forest store more carbon than normal forests, but it also protects a marine habitat that is vital to the oceans and the communities who live off the sea. The carbon in a mangrove forest is also called 'blue carbon'.
The main challenge faced by mangrove ecosystems is that they are dwindling, this is a result of their destruction due to land development and community fish breeding ponds where the natural rhythms of nature are not respected. Population growth, especially in coastal areas, has resulted in changes in land use and excessive utilization of natural resources, thus mangrove forests have quickly diminished or have been severely damaged.
Rimba Raya Biodiversity Reserve, Tanjung Puting National Park and Seruyan District Government are in collaboration with the community in replanting 30,000 mangrove seedlings (Rhyzophora sp) in Tanjung Siamuk Beach, Sungai Undang Village, Seruyan District. The planting ceremony was held on Tuesday, February 16, 2021.
"Sungai Undang village was chosen because 80% of the people are fishermen as well as fishpond farmers. The problem with fishponds has become critical in that it has led to mangrove forest destruction," said Budi Suriansyah, Head of Management Section II of Tanjung Puting National Park who was directly involved in our mangrove recovery initiative.
The process of restoring mangrove ecosystems by involving the community has become especially important, it gives us an opportunity to build awareness of the value in maintaining the balance of the natural environment. Gerakan Masyarakat Bersatu, the local community group of Sungai Undang Village, was formed to create mangrove nurseries and conduct the necessary planting and monitoring. It is important that this type of initiative is managed in a sustainable way as this will ensure its success.

It is hoped that this process will increase the confidence and responsibility of community members and show that together we should be able to overcome some of the most important environmental problems," Murlan Dameria Pane, Head of Tanjung Puting National Park said.

The Seruyan mangrove forest area is located in Seruyan Hilir and Seruyan Hilir Timur sub-districts, which is just South of the working area of Rimba Raya Biodiversity Reserve and Tanjung Puting National Park. The loss of mangrove forest density in the Seruyan has become the main concern for all parties who have collaborated in this program, because if left alone, the result will be devastating. Not to mention that the loss of this rich ecosystem means a loss in the natural resources that support livelihoods of community people.
This replanting effort is expected to have a broad ecological impact on the environment and on the economic status of the surrounding communities.

In addition, this activity also provides opportunities to increase revenue from the construction of permeable dams, collecting seeds, filling polybags, nurseries, planting, monitoring and maintenance.
Community women are also able to generate an income by making "bronjong", large natural cages that protect the planted seedlings.
Bronjongs are made of split bamboo, 30 cm in diameter and 60-70cm high. The bamboo is bound together to form baskets which are filled with silt and the young seedlings are planted inside. The plants attach themselves firmly in the baskets which help them withstand the crashing waves. Using this method means that the seedlings are also not easily uprooted and have a greater chance of survival.

富士通研究所、様々なタスクにおける人の集中度を定量的に推定可能な汎用AIモデルを開発
TOKYO, Mar 1, 2021 - (JCN Newswire) - 株式会社富士通研究所(注1)(以下、富士通研究所)は、人が様々なタスクを実行している時の集中度を、表情筋の動きの変化から、集中時、非集中時の顔面の状態の違いとして検出することで高精度に捉え、定量化できる集中度推定AIモデルを新たに開発しました。
従来、AIを活用して集中度を定量化するモデルは、e-learningなど特定のタスクを実行している人の表情や振る舞いを学習することにより作成していました。しかし、表情や振る舞いは、従事するタスクや人がそれぞれに育った文化的背景に依存して異なるため、作成したモデルは個別のモデルとならざるを得ず、様々な場面に応じて個別にAIモデルを開発しなければならないことが課題でした。
今回、当社は、表情筋に対応した顔面の各部位の動作単位であるAction Unit(注2)を世界一の精度で検出する独自の技術(注3)を活用して、口元に力が入るなど数秒程度の短期間の変化や、目を凝らして一心不乱に見つめているなど数十秒にわたる長期間の変化をAction Unitごとに最適化された時間単位で捉えることで、集中、非集中状態の違いを、それぞれの文化的背景の影響を受けにくい共通の特徴として抽出することに成功しました。さらに、タスク固有の振る舞いが生じないように設計された探索や記憶を行う課題を、日本に加え、多様な地域の人のデータ収集が可能な米国および中国の延べ650人で実施し、機械学習用のデータセットとして構築することで、特定のタスクに依存しない、汎用的な集中度推定AIモデルを開発しました。この集中状態のデータセットを用いて本モデルの有効性を検証したところ、85%を超える高い精度で集中度を定量的に推定できることを確認しました。

開発の背景
近年、ニューノーマルな社会において、教育や企業の現場では、授業や会議、営業活動など、様々な場面でのオンライン化が急速かつグローバルに拡大しています。
従来、対面の場では、集中を欠いた生徒への声掛けや、上の空で聞いている相手への話題転換といった、相手の集中力を引き戻すサポートが行われていましたが、オンラインの場では、離れた場所にいる相手の様子を把握することは難しく、これまで行われていた適切なサポートが困難となっています。特に、作業に対する集中度は、パフォーマンスを左右する重要な要素であり、オンラインで取り組むタスクや業務の生産性向上の手段として、集中力の維持と向上を図る適切な支援が行えるよう、集中状態を定量的に推定できるAIモデルの開発が期待されています。
課題
AIで集中度を推定する一般的な方法として、人の表情や振る舞いから予測する方法がありますが、人の表情は、それぞれが育った文化的背景により違いがあると言われており、振る舞いは、e-learningなど特定のタスクに大きく依存します。そのため、この方法では、タスクや対象とする人の文化的背景に特化した学習が行われるため、それらが変わるごとに個別にAIモデルを開発する必要がありました。
また、人が集中してタスクを実行しているときは、顔が強張る、目を凝らすなど顔面の状態に微小な変化が生じます。これらの変化は、人類共通に適用できる概念として提唱されているAction Unitを活用することで、原理的には振る舞いや文化的背景の違いによらず検出できます。しかし、集中時、非集中時の微小な顔面状態の違いをカメラで撮影した顔の動画データから捉えようとすると、例えば、Action Unitの動きで出来たしわと年齢によるしわとの区別が必要になるなど、Action Unit自体の精度の向上が課題となります。
開発した技術
今回、当社は、Action Unitを世界一の精度で検出する独自の技術を活用して、特定のタスクや文化的背景に依存せずに、人の集中度を定量化できるAIモデルを開発しました。
表情筋の動きの強さが異なるペア画像を学習させる方式で、表情筋の相対的な変化を的確に学習させる独自のAction Unit検出技術を活用し、口元に力が入るなど数秒程度の短期間の変化や、目を凝らして一心不乱に見つめているなど数十秒にわたる長期間の変化をAction Unitごとに最適化された時間単位で捉えます。そして、統合的に集中度を推定する新たな方式により、文化的背景に依存しない高精度な集中度推定AIモデルを開発しました(図1)。
さらに、人の集中状態の教師データを収集する際に、タスク固有の振る舞いが生じないように設計された探索や記憶を行う課題などの作業を、日米中の延べ650人で実施した結果をデータセットとして構築し、本データセットを用いて学習させることにより、特定のタスクに依存しない、汎用的な集中度推定AIモデルの作成に成功しました。
本AIモデルにより、e-learningでの集中度やデスクワークへの没入状態、工場の組み立て作業の集中度合いなど、様々なタスクにおける集中、非集中の状態を、0.0(非集中)~1.0(集中度最高)の数値で定量的に示すことができます(図2)。
効果
AIモデルの汎用性を検証するために、日本に加え、多様な地域のデータ収集が可能な米国および中国において、延べ650人の検証用データセットを構築しました。今回開発した集中度を推定するAIモデルを用いて、各国の被験者の集中度を推定したところ、いずれも85%以上の精度で集中度を推定することができました。この結果は、e-learningに対する生徒の集中度合いを定量化する最新の国際学会の結果と比較しても、同等以上の高い精度を実現しており、本方式が文化的背景の違いに対して有効に機能していることを確認しました。
また、開発したAIモデルを、ドライブシミュレーターによる運転の様子を収録した、集中状態と眠気による非集中状態が混在するデータで推定したところ、NEDO眠気指標(注4)に基づいてラベル付けした正解データに対して高い相関を示し、眠気による集中度低下を推定できていることが確認できました。これにより、本AIモデルが学習を行っていない異なるタスクへも適用可能なことを確認しました。
今後
今後、当社は、ニューノーマルな社会においてグローバルに拡大するオンライン授業やオンライン会議、営業活動などの様々なサービスへの本技術の適用拡大に向けて、AI倫理の観点も踏まえて検証をさらに進めるとともに、AI集中度推定モデルの実用化を目指し実証を進めます。

From 2017 to 2019, the operating revenue and net profit of Broad Homes increased at a CAGR of 32.36% and 108.26%, respectively. In 2020, despite the shock of the COVID-19 pandemic, the PC unit manufacturing business, the core principal business of Broad Homes, secured sound growth with new contract amount of RMB4.091 billion, a year-on-year increase of 31.7%, and contract amount secured yet to complete of RMB5.196 billion, a year-on-year increase of 38.6%. Here's a simple 4-step process to stake CENNZ with Moonstake Wallet:
1. Register your Moonstake Web wallet (https://wallet.moonstake.io)
2. Deposit 10,000 CENNZ and an appropriate amount of CPAY to your Moonstake wallet. (10,000 CENNZ is the minimum amount required to stake)
3. From the wallet screen, select CENNZ and click the "Stake Now" button.
*If CENNZ and CPAY are not displayed, click on the + button on the right to add them.
4. Confirm the staking information, then click the "Staking" button and enter your wallet password.
*Once the staking operation is completed, the amount of CENNZ will be displayed in the column Staking.
How CENNZ Staking Works
A minimum threshold amount of 10,000 CENNZ needs to be locked in and stake for both nominators or validators. To stake CENNZ with Moonstake wallet, you need to be a "Nominator" and select a "Validator". Up to 16 or more validators can be selected. If the chosen Validator is elected and performs their duties correctly, Nominators receive a portion of their resulting CPAY reward.
*Nominators are CENNZ token holders who stake a portion of their CENNZ behind a Validator.
*Validators are node operators who each store a copy of the blockchain and must perform certain functions to keep the system secure.
How to get Rewards of CENNZ staking
The APY (Staking Reward Rate) BASE rate for CENNZ will initially start at a minimum of 8-10% APY in CPAY. This can increase based on network activity. You will receive a staking reward approximately every 24 hours.
For example, if you stake 10,000 CENNZ, you will receive 800 - 1,000 CENNZ worth of CPAY per year, which will be divided and distributed as a reward.
How CENNZ unstaking works
There is an unbonding period when you unstake CENNZ, which serves as a cooldown. This period will take 28 days on CENNZnet and your CENNZ will be locked. After 28 days, you can redeem your CENNZ and start to use or transfer them. During the unbonding period, you will not receive any staking rewards.
