No Prefunding, No Custom API: The Real Test Starts Now

By: Alex Mercer – SeaPRwire – Institutional crypto still carries two frictions that traditional wholesale desks refuse. One is the need to prefund. The other is the need to build and maintain a separate exchange API. 4OTC’s Libre Liquidity Bridge has just removed both for TP ICAP’s Fusion Digital Assets. Liquidity providers can now stream spot prices directly. The open question is whether the flow follows the connection.

On 5 October 2026 in the City of London, 4OTC announced the integration of its Libre Liquidity Bridge with TP ICAP’s Fusion Digital Assets. The link lets liquidity providers stream spot cryptocurrency liquidity to the venue at ultra-low latency. TP ICAP selected 4OTC on the basis of the firm’s existing record in both digital-asset and FX segments. The connection is described as a fast, resilient and streamlined route that supports efficient price distribution and execution through 4OTC’s low-latency technology. Fusion Digital Assets runs a matched-principal model. Participants trade without prefunding and face TP ICAP as an investment-grade intermediary. The structure is presented as improving capital efficiency, reducing counterparty and operational complexity, and aligning spot crypto closer to the standards of traditional wholesale markets. Alexis Atkinson, Co-Founder of 4OTC, called the link a significant milestone and said bringing liquidity providers onto the venue is exactly the partnership the firm was built for. He added that digital-asset trading is maturing fast and that 4OTC’s focus remains trusted and reliable connectivity for institutional participants. Chay Pollard, Director of Digital Assets Electronic Broking at TP ICAP, stated that institutional adoption requires trusted infrastructure and efficient connectivity. Through the Libre service, liquidity providers can connect without any exchange API development work, making access faster, simpler and more scalable. The partnership, he said, reflects a continued focus on importing the standards, connectivity and market structure of traditional wholesale markets into digital assets. Building on the matched-principal launch, the venue is expanding its tradable universe. Support for stablecoins such as USDC is included. Cryptoasset coverage is expanding to include SOL. Additional fiat currency pairs are planned. Future support for tokenised real-world assets is listed. Operating hours are moving from 23 hours, five days a week to continuous weekday trading, with weekend coverage to follow. 4OTC itself supplies institutional connectivity for digital-asset and FX markets. Its Libre platform connects liquidity providers to trading venues for price distribution and order routing. Additional products include 1API, a unified API for market data and orders, and TicketLounge for post-trade STP services. Fusion Digital Assets is a wholesale crypto exchange operated by TP ICAP exclusively for institutional participants, combining venue and execution expertise with segregated custodial capabilities. TP ICAP is a global interdealer broker with brands including ICAP, Tullett Prebon, PVM, Liquidnet and Parameta Solutions and offices in more than 60 locations across 28 countries.

The commercial test is volume under continuous hours. If the bridge carries consistent two-way prices in USDC and SOL during the new weekday window, the capital-efficiency claim becomes measurable. If liquidity providers still prefer to keep streams on venues that require prefunding or custom code, the integration remains a technical link rather than a structural shift. Watch the first full week of continuous weekday trading and the presence of those two new assets on the Libre feed. Those observations will show whether the friction really disappeared.

Thirteen Stores, One Membership Clock

By: Robert Sterling – SeaPRwire – Local car-wash memberships just became temporary. Club Car Wash has taken over Glide Xpress. Thirteen Mid-South sites will close for short renovations and reopen under a new brand. Pricing stays frozen only until the end of 2027. After that the numbers change. That fixed deadline is the real pressure on every existing member.

On 2 October 2026 Club Car Wash announced the acquisition of Glide Xpress Car Wash from Columbia, Missouri. The company will renovate thirteen stores across the Mid-South. President Collin Bartels stated the change is large for Glide customers. He said the firm is honored to continue the relationships, service and legacy of the previous business. He asked for patience during the transition and expressed confidence that customers will see why Club Car Wash stands out. Current Glide memberships will be honored. Plans and pricing remain unchanged through 31 December 2027. After that date they convert to Club Car Wash pricing. Each Glide location will close for a short renovation, typically three to five days, then reopen as Club Car Wash. Until renovation work begins the sites continue normal operations. Closure dates will be posted in advance at each store. At grand opening customers can enter a one-thousand-dollar giveaway and receive limited-time special offers. New members are promised an upgraded wash experience, advanced technology, premium amenities and complimentary interior cleaning tools. Member perks will appear in the Club Car Wash Mobile App. The company also lists friendly teams, community service initiatives and local partnerships. Further details are available at the Club Car Wash website page dedicated to the Glide transition.

The commercial test is retention after the pricing switch. Three-to-five-day closures are short enough that most volume can recover. The membership freeze until the end of 2027 buys time to move customers onto the new app and amenities. Once the freeze ends the only remaining lever is whether the upgraded experience and app perks offset the new price points. Track the share of Glide members who stay active past 1 January 2028. That single number will show whether the acquisition simply added stores or actually converted a local base.

Taiwan’s 75 Percent Grip Is the Real Story in the New Foundry Numbers

By: TechVanguard – SeaPRwire – The latest market report puts a hard number on concentration. Taiwanese firms take more than 75 percent of the combined revenue of the world’s ten largest wafer foundries. AI and high-performance computing keep pushing demand higher. Capacity still sits heavily in one place. That imbalance is the immediate pressure point the numbers expose.

MERXWIRE released its Asia-Pacific Wafer Foundry Market Analysis and Forecast Report covering 2026 to 2030 on 2 October 2026 from Taipei. The study looks at regional market overview, industry structure, technological developments, supply-chain landscape and outlook. It is aimed at semiconductor companies, technology firms, investment institutions and researchers. Global semiconductor industry revenue is projected to exceed US$1.5 trillion in 2026. Expansion of AI infrastructure and computing-power demand is cited as the main driver. That demand supports advanced process technologies, wafer manufacturing, equipment and materials. Asia-Pacific remains a major production region. Taiwanese companies account for more than 75 percent of the combined revenue of the world’s ten largest wafer foundries. Firms in China and South Korea hold significant shares as well. The report expects Asia-Pacific to stay central to the global wafer foundry industry and semiconductor supply chain through 2030. Applications in AI, high-performance computing, data centers, 5G communications and automotive electronics are listed as continuing drivers of demand for high-performance semiconductors and advanced processes. That demand is expected to push further expansion of wafer manufacturing capacity and related investment in equipment and materials. Three key trends are identified. First, AI and HPC demand drives expansion of advanced process technologies and foundry capacity. Second, advanced processes, advanced packaging and smart manufacturing drive industry upgrading. Third, supply-chain restructuring and regionalised manufacturing strategies strengthen Asia-Pacific’s central role. Within the region Taiwan holds a leading position in wafer foundry services and advanced process technologies. South Korea has substantial capabilities in advanced semiconductor manufacturing and foundry services. China continues to expand wafer manufacturing capacity and accelerate efforts toward a more self-sufficient supply chain. The research covers market size, growth trends and forecasts for 2026-2030, comparative industry structures and competitiveness of Taiwan, China and South Korea, development trends in advanced and mature process technologies, demand across the listed applications, and capacity, fab investments and regional distribution. Data sources include public government data, industry organisations, foundry and manufacturing companies, equipment and materials suppliers, associations and corporate disclosures, plus MERXWIRE’s own research. Analytical methods cover market size, competition, technology trends, supply chains and forecasting.

The practical question is whether capacity additions will track the demand drivers the report lists. If AI and HPC volumes keep rising while the 75-percent concentration figure stays roughly constant, the pressure on the leading Taiwanese nodes intensifies. If China and South Korea convert their stated expansion plans into actual wafer starts at competitive process nodes, the revenue share numbers will shift. The report itself supplies no new monthly capacity figures. Watch the next round of fab investment announcements against the three trends it flags. Those announcements will show whether the concentration figure is still climbing or has begun to level.

The Real Test for InSTRATO Is Not the Swept Paths

By: James Vance – SeaPRwire – Transportation design still breaks down at the handoff. Engineers run precise simulations. Then the files leave the room. Clients reply days later. Comments scatter across email threads. Revisions pile up. The specialist tools stay accurate. The process around them stays messy. That gap is the core problem InSTRATO now tries to close.

Transoft Solutions launched the web-based platform on October 1, 2026 from Vancouver. It targets transportation engineers, planners, and designers. The company frames it as the next chapter for AutoTURN Online. That product has delivered web-based swept path analysis since 2018. More than 110,000 practitioners have used it. AutoTURN Online now sits inside InSTRATO. It keeps the same simulation technology and vehicle libraries. Users who need advanced or custom vehicles are still pointed to the AutoTURN Pro desktop version. Beyond the existing module, InSTRATO adds Parking Design tools that apply built-in standards for faster layout work. It introduces a Collaboration space where teams share projects, collect stakeholder comments, manage feedback, and document revisions in one workspace. A Lab section lets users try features still in development and send comments back to the company. The interface has been refreshed for simpler navigation. File management now supports parent and subfolders. Steven Chan, VP of the Transportation Business Unit, stated that complex projects will depend on how people, technology, and ideas come together. He presented InSTRATO as one step toward that. The platform remains web-based and does not require CAD for the supported workflows. Transoft itself has operated since 1991. Its software reaches more than 150 countries and serves more than 100,000 customers across agencies, consulting firms, airports, and ports.

The commercial test is whether the new collaboration layer actually shortens the review cycle. The trusted simulation core is already proven. The added value sits in keeping the conversation and the design files in the same place. If project teams adopt the sharing and comment tools, fewer versions will bounce outside the system. If they continue to export and email, the platform becomes another login rather than a change in practice. Early signals will appear in how often Lab features convert into permanent modules and how cleanly parent-folder structures hold multi-stakeholder jobs. Watch the volume of completed reviews that stay inside InSTRATO. That single metric will show whether the platform moves work forward or simply reorganizes the same friction.

CV Studio Is Not Another Template Farm. It’s Versand.com Betting Users Hate Blank Pages More Than They Hate Guided Forms

By: TechVanguard – SeaPRwire – Resume writing still feels like unpaid overtime for most people. You open a blank document, stare at the cursor, and start second-guessing every line. Layout choices multiply. Formatting drifts. The finished file looks either too plain or overdesigned. Versand.com just put a stake in that exact frustration by opening CV Studio inside its existing document platform.

The company, based in Offenbach am Main and operating out of Germany, framed the move around a guided workflow rather than another free-form editor. Users walk through employment history, education, skills and related sections one by one. A live preview updates as they type. Twenty-four templates and fifteen color palettes sit ready. More than 250 prepared formulations are available for common sections. Anyone who already holds a PDF resume can upload it and pull the content straight into the editor. Export stays simple: finished files leave as PDF. The same site already handles combining, splitting, compressing, converting and organizing other PDFs. Desktop and mobile access both work. Data stays in the browser by default. Account storage, when chosen, sits on European Union servers and follows GDPR rules. Users can delete saved information themselves. The tool supports both German and English materials.

That combination points to a closed loop that most resume builders never bother to finish. A user can build the CV, adjust the visual style without starting over, import an old file instead of retyping everything, and then manage the supporting PDFs that usually travel with a job application. The platform does not claim to write the content for you. It keeps the accuracy burden on the user while removing the empty-page tax and the reformatting tax. Privacy defaults stay local unless the user opts into EU storage. The practical endgame is straightforward: people who already juggle multiple document tasks on one site now have one less reason to leave for a specialist CV tool that forces them to start from zero. If the guided sections and import function cut the average preparation time enough, the rest of the document suite becomes stickier by default. That is the real bet, not the template count.
