One Data Layer from Lab to Pour: Giatec 360 Puts the Full Concrete Cycle on a Single Screen

By: James Vance – SeaPRwire – Giatec just dropped the connective tissue the ready-mix side has lacked. At NRMCA ConcreteWorks in Nashville the company rolled out Giatec 360. It pulls mix design, batching, delivery and field quality into one system of record. Batch CoPilot sits on top as the first native AI tool. The pain it targets is old and familiar. Labs keep mix designs. Plants keep batch records. Dispatch keeps delivery data. Field teams still chase paper or separate apps. Manual reconciliation follows. Decisions stay reactive. Rework piles up from plant floor to jobsite.

Official numbers and product names line up clean. Giatec 360 feeds from the existing line. SmartMix handles mix design. MixPilot covers delivery and fleet performance. SmartRock tracks in-place strength. QC managers, plant operators, dispatchers and field crews now see the same live picture. That shared view is meant to let producers tighten mix designs. It aims to cut cement overdesign. It flags slump or strength drift before a load gets rejected or a pour falls behind. Jeramy Croell, co-owner of Croell, put the old state simply. QC, plant and dispatch each held different pieces. Someone always decided on incomplete information. One version from mix design to truck to jobsite changes that. For a multi-region outfit the difference is guessing versus turning quality into an edge.

Pouria Ghods, co-founder and CEO, frames the platform as foundation, not another point tool. Everything built so far and everything next runs on it. Batch CoPilot is the first native product. It will not be the last. The AI tool gives plant operators real-time guidance on water and admixture moves during batching. It draws from mix targets and live conditions. The goal is fewer rejected or returned loads. Fewer water adds by drivers. Institutional knowledge of veteran batch operators carried into every shift as retirements accelerate. Availability details come later. The architecture is built to scale. New features ship on the same base. A single API lets producers and contractors pull their own data into any dashboard, BI tool or business system they already run. It grows from one plant to a national fleet. Security runs enterprise-grade from sensor to cloud. Giatec is adding support for the Model Context Protocol so producers can query mix, batch and delivery data in plain language through AI assistants. Integrations with existing batching, dispatch and business systems move ticket, batch and delivery data automatically. Double entry drops. The integration net expands through 2026. Demo runs October 15-18 at Booth 516 in Nashville.

The global ready-mix market sits above one trillion dollars and grows more than eight percent a year. Giatec 360 is the layer that tries to close the data gaps that still cost time and cement. Producers who already run separate systems now have a single place to look.
